Order products

The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, if he is legally competent, ie he has reached the age of eighteen and is not in legal aid. Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities.

Withdrawal-Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return all the order or part thereof, you must do so within 10 business days of receiving it. For any return of order or refund, contact us on the phone of our physical store 2421102314 or electronically by sending a message to the following address: info@illusionstwear.gr.

In case you have received a defective product or found our error in the execution of your order, please contact us at our contact details. In any case, please carefully check the condition of the products as well as the packaging when delivering the order to identify any obvious defects.

If the reason for your return concerns a mistake of our Company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.

Any refunds are made on the condition of the previous return of the products to our Company and if the products:

• They are in their original condition in which they were delivered to you and carefully packaged.
• Labels have not been removed from the products.
• Shoes must not be worn outdoors.
• Include proof of purchase in the package.

All returns are checked for product integrity. If it is found that a product does not meet the above conditions, you are informed that a refund is not possible. In this case, we resend the products to you at the same time as your shipping costs.

Swimsuits, underwear, socks are NOT returned.

Once the products you return are received, within 5-7 working days we will refund the value of the products by deposit in your bank account, after the amount of 5.00 euros is deducted from the final value, the which corresponds to the cost of shipping, if you wish the return of your order without the fault of our Company. After the refund you are informed by phone. The refund is valid only for the online store of our Company.

For product changes, shipping costs for Greece, for the first time, are FREE. For each subsequent change, & nbsp; the cost is 5.00 euros.

If the products you have chosen for your change are of lower value than the original ones, the money will be refunded by deposit in the bank account you indicate to us or the amount will be credited for any future orders.

If the product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, you will receive a replacement immediately free of charge. If the damage was caused by improper use, the product will be returned at your own expense.

For orders outside Greece, the shipping costs will be charged.

Caution: Product returns and refunds are NOT accepted during the periods of Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Bazaar.

Order cancellation

The order can be canceled before you receive the notification email that your order is ready to ship. You can cancel your order:

• Sending an e-mail to info@illusionstwear.gr requesting the cancellation of the order with its code number.
• By phone at 2421102314.

Orders already received by the courier or shipping company for shipment are NOT canceled.

Guarantees

All our products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. For the provision of a guarantee, the Company will examine the observance of the terms, as they are mentioned by the manufacturer. In any case, for the provision of a guarantee, the product must be accompanied by its purchase document.
